the staff was attentive. the hotel is in a relatively quiet street near the british museum.
i was charged 16 pounds to have luggage taken down from my room the next morning. i felt this was a money-grabbing charge (especially considering the room rate). this soured the whole experience.

The reception was very cute! My room was super clean and included tea and coffee facilities. The bar had a relaxed atmosphere perfect for chilling out.
The window in my room was too small. It also didn't open properly. Breakfast had an average selection. The breakfast wasn't good value for money.
